Verbio Technologies attended the Call & Contact Centre Expo at the ExCel conference hall in London. The event was a huge success, where several staff from Verbio Technologies struck up new partnership deals, attended thought-leadership talks, and enjoyed networking.
Verbio Chief Operating Office, Jordi Torres, took time out at our stand at the event to be interviewed by David Dungay, of CX Today.
Jordi spoke on some of the pain points for the call and contact centre industry and how Verbio’s voice AI solutions can help to integrate with both Enterprise and Partnerships in order to resolve new issues arising in the world of on-demand call centre industry.
